Context
Condha combines curated property listings, location-based search, an interactive discovery experience, destinations and editorial collections. Its product model supports different needs for buyers, renters, owners, agents and agencies, with a Property/Listing architecture designed to evolve without losing a property's identity or history.
Product experience

Challenge
Traditional property portals often prioritize listing volume over discovery quality. Finding relevant homes, understanding locations, identifying trusted contacts and keeping listings current can be fragmented.
Approach
Designed a premium, editorial discovery experience instead of a high-volume classifieds feed — curated properties, destinations and thematic collections.
Modeled Property as a persistent entity separate from each Listing (its temporary sale/rent offer), so price, availability and agent representation can change without losing a property's identity or history.
Designed owner-first and agent-first registration flows, with representation that is authorized, limited and revocable.
Built interactive map-based discovery with geospatial data and MapLibre, treating the map as a primary exploration surface rather than a secondary widget.
Planned a bilingual (Spanish/English), multi-currency foundation from the start, with Costa Rica as the initial market and room to expand internationally.
Key insight
A property can outlive the listing that advertises it. Separating Property from Listing lets the product model price changes, agent handoffs and renewed availability without losing the property's identity or history.
